In short- We use information for two things; 1.) personal information that you directly provide to us to set up appointments and 2.) generic information involving which of our web pages you visited that helps tell us how to improve our website flow for you. Your personal information includes name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card info (as examples) when you request an appointment. Generic info tells us things like how you found our site, which browser type you may have used while finding us, which pages of ours you visit and for how long. Your personal information may be used to communicate with you via telephone, text, or email about your pet/ visits/ concerns. Occasionally, we may send you an email for promotional/ non-appointment-related reasons. You can always choose to opt-out of these. The vendors we use to: schedule your appointments, fill your medications, or process your credit card info have access only to the information you provide them directly when you enter it as part of our services.
